The Ginie In Me Has Woken Up
As my passion are now narrowed down to FOOD and Fashion, so I first decided to kick of with my Food business . When I first started, I didn't really had a lot of money at that time.  I was working full time and I was merely depending on my monthly salary. It was tough to make that decision to kick off a business while you were still attached working for a company, own by others.

This was way back in mid-2016. I was doing Business Development at that point of time, therefore my job requires me to meet up with  lots of clients in a week. I took the opportunity to subtly mentioned it to my client on my interest and passion in food. After few attempt I strike a deal. I was asked to prepare 3 whole meal : Breakfast, Lunch & Tea,  for a  Formwork company all the way in Port Klang. I was excited and took the offer. Trilled with the first deal, I decided to take up another challenge serving few more new clients.

Wrapped with my full time work loads, I decided to look for a temporary partner in the F&B industry. I spoke to several full time caterers and appoint them to be my food supplier so that I can supply food orders to my new clients. I have to start somewhere I believe and that was how it first started. This arrangement went on for several months when I finally decided to quit my job and go solo full time in being a Caterer. Hence EXpression Catering was created, set up only to served the best quality food to only Corporate Clients.

So, as the Founder of EXpression Catering, I am now my own Chef, my own Cook, my own Business Development representative, basically I've gotta be all rounder and multi-task to survive. It is a tough business but
